The Business Engineer Thinking OS
For over a decade, I’ve structured my thinking into what I call business engineering. The motivation was selfish: I needed a framework to navigate the daily noise of the business world—a reliable system for times of confusion.
What started as a personal tool for reading and analyzing business developments evolved into something I could communicate externally. This isn’t about prompting techniques. It’s about a complete thinking operating system.
The Business Engineer operates differently. Where most people ask for answers, the Business Engineer asks for systems. Where others accept outputs, the Business Engineer designs the architecture that generates outputs. It’s about having internalized a complete operating system for thinking.
What makes this architecture distinctive is that it’s simultaneously a method, a filter, and a feedback loop. It doesn’t just improve individual outputs—it transforms how problems are approached, how context is established, how information is compressed, and how insights are deployed.
This is that system, deconstructed.
I sit down with you to understand what business goals you want to achieve in the coming months, then map out the use cases, and from there embed the BE Thinking OS into the memory layer of ChatGPT or Claude, for you to become what I call a Super Individual Contributor, Manager, Executive, or Solopreneur.
If you need more help in assessing whether this is for you, feel free to reply to this email and ask any questions!
