“Innovation” is one of the most confusing terms used in business, as it encapsulates a set of misconceptions.
One of these is that innovation is only technical.
In contrast, innovation in the business domain is way more than that, and the technical aspect is actually the least important.
Instead, the technical part becomes important when instrumental in a business model shift.
For the sake of it, I’ll identify the types of innovation according to how well-defined the problem and the domain are.
