The series has spec’d the map, the contracts, the survival strategy. It has never answered the question every operator eventually asks: who actually builds this inside the enterprise?

This piece answers that question in three moves.
Part I traces how enterprises get captured today, why every prior alternative to that capture has failed, and what specific market condition makes a genuine alternative possible for the first time.
Part II names the category the argument arrives at — the Independence Integrator — and specifies what it is structurally.
Part III gives the full operational playbook for the FDE motion: how to recruit the people, engage the vendors, deliver the double-objective work, run the migration test, and execute the exit.
The piece is longer than most in the series. It is the flagship for the human/organizational layer, and it needs to work both as an argument and as a manual.
