It’s all pointing to a new version of the “space race” with AI. What are your thoughts on talent acquisition in that area? Every player will of course want top talent, but what will that mean for international hires and a plausible conflict of interest?
In the short term, we’ll keep seeing a lot of poaching among these companies. And in Silicon Valley that’s quite normal given the intertwining of tech talent across these major players. In the longer term, as the ecosystem is developing we’ll see the emergence of a much broader talent pool which should make the intertwining dissipate a bit. But the “talent war” will be going on for a while.
